Sodium taurocholate is the product of conjugation of cholic acid with taurine. Its sodium salt is the chief ingredient of the bile of carnivorous animals. It acts as a detergent to solubilize fats for absorption and is itself absorbed. It is used as a cholagogue and cholerectic.

Etoposide is an antineoplastic abettor and an epipodophyllotoxin (a semisynthetic acquired of the podophyllotoxins). It inhibits DNA topoisomerase II, thereby ultimately inhibiting DNA synthesis. Etoposide is corpuscle aeon abased and appearance specific, affecting mainly the S and G2 phases. Two altered dose-dependent responses are seen.
At top concentrations, lysis of beef entering mitosis is observed. At low concentrations, beef are inhibited from entering prophase. It does not baffle with microtubular assembly. The absolute macromolecular aftereffect of etoposide appears to be the consecration of DNA fiber break by an alternation with DNA-topoisomerase II or the accumulation of chargeless radicals.
